New York Forever and Ever
This piece is currently displayed at 150 William St, Manhattan - NYC.
I revisited the Iconic artwork “The Big Apple” by the artist Keith Haring that I called New Forever & Ever.
This piece pays tribute to K haring and deals with his deep connection with NY.City and LES. Haring did not just leave his mark—he turned the Lower East Side into a living canvas. It was his community, laboratory, and launchpad.
So, this artwork created with recycled aluminum is a vibrant celebration of New York City’s energy and diversity. It features haring ‘s signature dancing figures surrounding a bright red apple—an unmistakable symbol of NYC. With bold lines and kinetic movement, it captures the city’s pulse, joy, and collective spirit.
So lastly, like Haring, I wanted to show that art should be accessible to everyone, inclusive and joyful—just as this city can inspire us.
